I've been using this radiator for a little over a year and seem to want to warm up the engine. It's probably my fault for running an error screen on the inside of the radiator bracket on my '72 Jeep CJ5. But with a 180 degree thermostat, the temperature shouldn't be around 200 degrees in the winter/autumn season. I think I'll give up my electric fan setup and go back to a mechanical setup. The only real issue I had was fan placement and I had to model the heatsink because it didn't match at all. After that, I had two 17" electric fans, but the second one didn't fit between the heatsink bracket and the heatsink. In general, for this money the cooler is not bad.
