Not a perfect fit but easy to change

Looks like a well built cooler. Don't lick! Good clean welds. Doesn't fit properly on my 75 cj5 though. The mounting tabs are short by about 3/4 inch. I had to cut holes. And use larger washers. However, the installation only took about 45 minutes. Lowered my temperature. It fits me. It was worth it.

It's still not flowing. . .

I've been using this radiator for a little over a year and seem to want to warm up the engine. It's probably my fault for running an error screen on the inside of the radiator bracket on my '72 Jeep CJ5. But with a 180 degree thermostat, the temperature shouldn't be around 200 degrees in the winter/autumn season. I think I'll give up my electric fan setup and go back to a mechanical setup. The only real issue I had was fan placement and I had to model the heatsink because it didn't match atโ€ฆ

The shipping container does not protect the radiator

Two returned, third radiator coming tomorrow. The problem is that the shipping box does not protect the radiator from "squeezingโ€. Both returned heatsinks were compressed about 1/8" to 1/4". This created two problems. First and foremost, the radiators were about 1/8 inch narrow (short) to fit the holes on the car. Second, the last set of ribs was pinched. Not sure if this will be phased out. The rest of the heatsinks look well made. with good welding lines. And they would fit perfectly if itโ€ฆ

No Quality Control: Radiator

I was happy to receive the box on time and in perfect condition. Box without damage or holes. The box had only one layer of brown reinforced packing tape on it, so there was no sign the box had ever been opened since it left the manufacturer. No indication the box was opened or returned by a previous customer. The box was just perfect in every way. When I opened the box, it was clear that the radiator was well packed. There was enough foam on all sides. Pulling the heatsink out of the box I was
