I usually wear a US Women’s 2X and this fits like a 1X which is what the XXL measurements match. So check the measurements and know you can trust them.• I machine washed this on gentle cycle and hung to dry, although laying flat is preferable for sweaters, I don’t have the real estate to do that. Hanging worked well. The sweater came out looking like new.• It came out looking great, no pilling.• I'm 5'7" and this reaches a few inches above my groin, so it's more of a traditional shirt length, not tunic length but may reach just past your butt if you oversize it. It fits me like a shirt all around, not a tunic.• The price is fair for the quality of the materials and workmanship.• The pockets are patch pockets and well done.• On a softness scale of 1 (not very soft) to 5 (super soft), I’d rank this a 3.Bottom line, it's a good sweater if you like the style and color.
