Review on Contigo AUTOSPOUT Straw Ashland Water Bottles Review: 24 oz, Scuba & Smoke, 2-Pack by Mike Newbill

I've tried many water bottles over the years and this is by far my favorite. I had an older version of this water bottle for about 2 years before the seal broke. This new version of the bottle is far superior to the old models. The straw is screwed into the lid so it won't accidentally fall out when the lid is removed. It has a locking mechanism to prevent leakage (I had no leakage even without a lock). I also really like the carabiner handle. Overall 6/5 stars! It's really awesome. Others have mentioned in their reviews that they mostly get air instead of water by sucking on a straw. I think that can only happen if the straw isn't inserted properly, because I've never had a gasp (except when the bottle was suddenly empty because I drank it all). Also, this "turkey" sound was common on the old model, but I have yet to test it on this one.
