Review on SmartSuite by Doug Layman

What I like is that it allows me to keep track of time when working from home due to COVID 19 pandemic, plus also helps me in tracking my work productivity as well! It's simple enough so anyone can use this product effectively without any problems at all. In terms of usability/ user experience, sometimes there are lag times which takes some getting used too but not really an issue though. Overall its been good since we have started using it, however would love if they could add more features such as adding clients or having their own client portal where employees will be able to login from anywhere to check progress etc. Keeping records of hours worked remotely has proven beneficial thus far; allowing us to easily identify areas needing improvement or even just give feedback about our performance over different periods of time. This tool is very easy to set up and get running quickly - especially considering you don't need much technical knowledge beforehand. Having access logs available provides reassurance.
