Received this a few hours ago today and am already requesting a refund. I used to work with GENUINE 3M glue, this is 100% not real 3M glue. It sticks to the dashboard and as soon as you put the phone's weight on the mount, it just falls off. Followed every instruction to the letter, although the instructions weren't complicated. Wiped the area with alcohol swabs and spent about 10 minutes trying to get it working before realizing I had wasted most of my time with a basic phone mount. Save time and money and opt for something different.
