My ES-LV65-S Arc 5 had a hole in one of the inner foils after 15 months. It happened suddenly. The razor uses an old ES9032 blade set. Read more about this 9036 set for the Japanese market. It fits perfectly. Just shaved. The only difference seems to be the central outer knife and the gold rollers. Shaves just like it did 15 months ago when my razor was new. Can't say it shaves better, but it glides easier with rollers. As for the flat hair at the bottom of the neck - is it better? I say uh maybe. It's difficult to say. A little tip: pull out your old stitches and blades that are still good (no holes) so you can still shave any future hole until a new set arrives. Wrap them up and save them for later.
