Review on Unger 977100 Ergotec Universal Carbon by Tara Rodriguez

I would welcome the video as a visual guide on how to change the blade. Unger has videos for other blade scrapers but not this one. This is not a safe product for any kind of trial and error. The plastic product felt fragile and I was afraid of breaking it trying to figure it out myself. After the blade flew out while exploring, I'm not sure if proper blade placement, which edge, which side makes a difference. Will the wrong estimate cause me to scratch the glass after a few uses? The original blade appears to have been oiled, I assume some oil should be applied to the replacement blade as well. All of this and a few perfunctory cuts are simply due to grossly inadequate instructions.
