I liked the handle extension and plaster edge. However, the scraper is quite flimsy and has become noticeably worn after only cleaning the windows in my house once.

Works well but the mop isn't great. It's quite stiff and leaves streaks, so I ended up just using the side of the washing machine and skipping the squeegee. But it is a handy tool for accessing large and tall windows.

My bathrooms have mirrors on the ceiling (which I hate) and it really helped. It's not perfect and it takes some getting used to, but it's better than climbing up there all the time.

Loved it when I got it but after some use it's fine. Unless I roll the entire beam to its shortest position, it will never stay where I want it. I set it up, tighten it, start using it and it falls apart. That's a good idea, but not the best design.

Good product. It seems to work fine, the mop is a little flimsy. The rubber seemed to have some imperfections, didn't think it would cause any problems but leaves a streak in that bad spot. Also, you must state in the description that it is a stationary scraper, not a detachable one. For small areas, the wiper cannot be detached from the handle.

This product gives me strength and cleans my windows effectively. The rubber scraper is not as flexible as we would like. I can't get streak-free windows because the rubber sputters "jumps" over the pane. I have a non-extendable scraper that glides more smoothly across the window but doesn't have the reach I need. Yet. This product allows me to clean the top of my windows without using a ladder.

I've used it a few times to wash the car and kept it in the trunk when traveling. This washing machine would be much better if the rubber tip worked consistently when wiping soapy water. I bought this for our large front windshield which has 3 large panels. In the past I had to use a step stool, windshield and paper towels. I was hoping this would eliminate two of them by adding a long telescoping handle.
