There has to be something better.

This washing machine would be much better if the rubber tip worked consistently when wiping soapy water. I bought this for our large front windshield which has 3 large panels. In the past I had to use a step stool, windshield and paper towels. I was hoping this would eliminate two of them by adding a long telescoping handle. I think this only works if you use the full length. When I used it on my windows it was fine until I got to waist height and then the rubber blade on the wiper worked smoothly. I had to go through the same areas over and over to avoid getting drips from non-extruded glass. I would probably not buy it again and even regret this purchase.
