I love the design. More detailed instructions would have helped mitigate the bad reviews. An honest jaw opening for your phone or display also helps. TVs, displays and screens are measured diagonally and it is the size stated in the description, not the short side of the display. The jaws open a maximum of 3.5 inches. I made a holder for my 4" wide display. The mirror clips slide out from the bottom and when pushed against the center of the unit they stay in the extended position for easy installation. The back of my mirror is convex so loosen it up The mirror clamps move when handling the display. I guess I have to change the design there too. Easy to fix.
