Microbeads are visible on the hair and I cannot return a replacement item
I have been using KMS molding paste for years and have never had a problem. When I apply this product to my hair, there are a lot of hard white microbeads. I have dark hair so it really stands out. I can't even use this bottle. Tried several uses but microgranules come out every time. The worst thing is that I can't return it or exchange it for a new one, Amazon doesn't give me that option.
