As my interest in collecting records grew, so did my interest in buying a turntable to play my records. While I wanted a player, I didn't want to lose the ability to play my favorite CDs and connect my phone via Bluetooth. While searching for a news speaker system I found DIGITNOW! 5-in-1 speaker system With a fairly reasonable price, I figured this was the way to go. Little to no tuning was required upon arrival and it started working right away. The sound quality is average for a small room and the quality of the equipment is not very good. After five months of daily use, the player started giving me serious problems. The speed was inconsistent and eventually just couldn't spin fast enough to set the records. Leave me with vinyl that sounds wrong and slow. Through an Amazon email they sent me to the company that makes the product. After about five or six emails, they offered to swap out the speaker system. A new replacement was returned within a week of sending the speaker in. The replacement looked fine, but after a few minutes of use the turntable started to pile up and quickly ran out of power. When I first tried to open the CD player it was stuck and completely unusable. While the customer service is great, the product is not. Cheap hardware, short lifespan and very mediocre sound quality make this product something I will never use again. Next time you're looking for a quality product of this nature, spend your money and don't buy DIGITNOW! 5 in 1 speaker.
