Review on AhlsenL Inflatable Protective Recovery Scratching by Karen Murray

I have a 10 year old Great Dane weighing 140lbs with compulsive acral licking dermatitis that has forced her to spend most of her life in a cone to prevent her knees licked to a bloody pulp. After wearing a regular plastic cone for a month, I decided to buy her this one for more comfort. It's terrible. First I received it without notice in non-retail packaging which was a little annoying but I should have told myself. I agree with other buyers; it is incredibly difficult to inflate. My wife and I took turns blowing it up and it still took a few minutes. It fit my dog, but after slipping it through the straps of her collar, one of the straps came loose after just two days. She is very lazy and doesn't refuse to wear the cone, so it's the product's fault, not hers. Shortly after that the zipper broke and it doesn't fix itself so I can't fix it. I'm returning it and buying a different brand.
