I can do so much with just one tool! It's not only customizable but also very easy-to -use in terms of reporting as well (it has all necessary features). The software is constantly updated which makes it even more robust for my needs/requests than its competitors out there like Marketo or Pardot who have had their product frozen quite often over time. Sometimes some functionality isn't available yet when needed while other times we need customizations due to lack flexibility from those tools' developers themselves; these are usually resolved at no cost though our Support team handles them swiftly once they come up again after development requests were taken care off by us internally beforehand within hours if possible. So far everything works really smoothy now that you're able to easily communicate effectively between customers via email marketing campaigns without wasting your valuable resources doing this manually every day.
