The best thing about Inside is the customer service. We've been with them since they started in 2013, but we just signed up for their new platform last month. They have always been eager to help us with any issues, and are willing to go above and beyond what's expected when solving problems! Our biggest challenge has been keeping track of our users once they leave the premises. As soon as someone leaves our office, we want to know who they were, where they went, and if they left anything behind. That information used to be difficult to track, but now we can see exactly where everyone goes after leaving here so we can keep our safe from thefts.
