Bought for my 6 year old granddaughter who I was told is very tall for her age but also very thin so I chose a size 7/8 and they fit her perfectly as she in each way has a little room to grow. Already used in gym class and very happy, she said they don't pull her bum up (so no plucking), the color is right AND loves how shiny they are, very comfortable for a very picky kid with stitching and material. Very happy with the purchase and plan to buy again
