As much as I love this product and it works extremely well and does everything I need it do, and it deserves 5 stars for that alone. However, 2 weeks after I recieved it, one of the side zipper pouches zipper came off. I was able to get it back on and it is usable. Today 11/27 as I was zipping up the main compartment, the top started tear away from the zipper. Looked at the order and the return window has closed. I now have a $90 duffle bag that will need to be replaced within the next few months and I can't return it or exchange it.
