I like how easy it was to set up my account with them. It's very professional looking website and has all the bells and whistles you would expect from a business such as this one. The customer service team really helped me get everything setup correctly. There are some things they could improve upon in terms of making their software easier to use but overall I'm satisfied. They have a great product and I highly recommend giving them a try! As far as ease of use goes, there isn't much to dislike about this program at all. Everything works well together. We've been able to make our system more efficient which makes us more productive.
