There is no sense in its large volume of the bowl. Due to the design, the first liter is filtered out relatively quickly, the second very slowly. The design does not allow pouring water into a glass until all the water from the bowl has drained into a jug. The lid is not attached to the bowl tightly, therefore, when you try to pour filtered water into the cup, dirty water mixes with the filtered one. I took a jug because of the large capacity of the bowl, but was very disappointed. I have an art jug in use, due to the design it is much faster to filter 2 liters of water than aquamarine. In the future, I plan to do a handmade and glue the lid to the bowl with food sealant. Thus, it will be possible to drain the filtered water without waiting for the water to completely drain from the bowl. Filtration speed with cartridge B5. 0.5l-3:06, 1l-7:00, 1.5-13:35, 1.8-26min. For example, art clears a full volume of 1.1 liters in 5 minutes, and aquamarine a full volume of 1.8 liters in more than 26 minutes. Therefore, it is easier to go to the tap with art twice than to wait until the aquamarine filters 1.8 liters.
