To be honest I find the brush a bit overpriced compared to the OXO Natural Blonde Tampico brushes (thick thick/wide plastic handle is easier to use). were long-lived, just no longer available. I chose this slightly shorter brush length, but it works well for cleaning chemically treated fresh fruit and veg and cleaning my pots too. Dawn Dish Detergent makes it less abrasive on my hands than just using plain steel wool pads. It keeps its shape and dries well. The goalkeeper! [Despite the $13-$16 range] Hope more will buy more when the price falls to $10 in the best range. I miss my OXO Natural Blonde Tampico brushes!
