The helmet itself is of excellent quality and construction. Looks great and with the right size everything would be great. That's when the problems started. We all know that simply putting on a helmet isn't always the best way to determine if it's right for you. So I buckled it up and took a ride and found that while it was good, it was too loose in the wind. So I'm calling to see if I can return it for a smaller size. I told them what my problem was (to be honest) and they told me I couldn't return the helmet as I wore it on the trip. I should just sell it as a used helmet and buy another one. We know I'll get pennies on the dollar and they'll sell another helmet. Three stars for what I think is poor customer service, not for the helmet.
