I'm not usually a big fan of neck pillows for on the go, but I really like this pillow. Memory foam is the perfect combination of softness and firmness. I also love the lace up feature. The tension on the strings adds extra support, which is much needed if, like me, you find yourself bobbing your head in your sleep while traveling. I also really like how it rolls back into a nylon bag for eastbound transport. It measures approximately 6" tall at the back, 4" in the center/side and 5" tall around the chin/front. The only downside I would give this product is that due to the height of the pillow In certain areas, wireless headphones, particularly those that wrap around the ear, are uncomfortable to use with the cushion.The cushion causes the earbuds to snuggle uncomfortably to your hearing when your head tilts one way or another for the next assist tends towards the pillow. I also love that it comes with ear tips and a black eye mask! The eye mask is not amazing quality but it is soft which is nice. The strap on the eye mask is not adjustable. Velcro is used for attachment .Theoretically, if you have sizing issues, you could add another piece of velcro along the strap to make it more comfortable.The earbuds are bright orange, which definitely makes them easier to find if s ie fall out on the plane or in the car. . The foam is not bad, firm rather than soft. The carrying bag is also practical for on the go. In addition, another interesting feature of the pillow is that it has pockets on the sides. They are just the right size to hold an eye mask and earplugs so you can conveniently store/carry everything without putting the items back into the carry case. Overall a big fan of the product!
