Why. Including screws for 50 cents?
The seats are fine. I find it ridiculous to pay so much for seats and the manufacturer doesn't include screws. Yes, they tell you that, but what a hassle to make a special trip to the hardware store. Simply attach the screws to the seat and have it face east towards the consumer.
