So I'm a 30 year old IT pro and decided to try a refurbished device for a change. I was particularly interested in the small form factor and the good performance. This machine ticks all of these boxes and I am very happy with the FINAL end result. However, two devices didn't work right away - Bluetooth wouldn't connect and WiFi literally crashed my network. After NO reply from tech support for two weeks, I just bought other Bluetooth and WiFi adapters and I'm very happy with the result now. By the time support started responding to my emails (a few weeks) I had already resolved my issue. Location). For me, it cost another $40 just to get new (and better) Bluetooth and WiFi adapters and hit the road.
