Kinda Bland Blue is best for painting, coloring and art supplies
True Blue should be a stronger and lighter shade in my opinion. This one mostly matches the photo, although I feel it leans a little towards the green side of blue. You don't really notice it until you try mixing it with other colors. True blue should make purple when mixed with red; this gives a dull color, a kind of tan. The texture works well enough, it spreads evenly, it's runny enough that you don't need to add water, although you can if you want. I just wish it was more versatile and blendable.
