I don't know why more dentists don't recommend the sulcus brush for oral hygiene. I've been using it for over a decade since my periodontist recommended it to prevent possible gum disease, which it did. When used carefully and correctly, the brush penetrates under the gum line and between the teeth and removes plaque better than conventional brushes. Hygienists regularly comment on the health of my gums. And tips are easy to buy!
