Got my new unit, XPS8940 with all the trimmings. I plugged it in, turned it on and the DELL logo appeared on the monitor. And then. it becomes empty. So before I can do anything with my new computer I have to call tech support and after talking to 4 different people and transferring, spending over an hour on the line waiting, they hang up. Coincidentally? Who knows. Just an absolutely horrible experience so far.
