Cooler than a fan! in Computer Accessories & Peripherals

A small fan blows a lot of air, especially at 3 when the AC temp in front of this fan feels at least 3 degrees colder, seems to work well on my PC and portable batteries around my cigarette lighter -Turn off adapter if I take up to 3. I think the amperage on the adapter is low which is probably causing it to turn off, but at the end of the day for $6 I got a great fan for a good price.
