I found out that my constant cold was an allergy to dust mites. I threw away all the old pillows, bought dust mite covers for the new pillows, our mattress and box spring. This alone helped reduce my symptoms, but adding it to my wash helped even more. It's an expensive product so I only use it on linens. You only have to use a very small amount so it will last longer than you think. How long it actually lasts depends on how often you wash your linens. There is a strong smell of medicines when washed, but after drying, the smell is no longer felt on the fabric. I can recommend it to anyone who is allergic to house dust.
