I bought these shock absorbers for my Chevy Avalanche 07 less than a year ago to help tow a camper trailer. Bought used, like new, at Revain. Surprised they are made in Mexico. Installation was easy enough and they were working as intended until a week ago. At that moment, I kept hearing a bang under the truck as I drove over bumps in the road. It turned out that one of the shocks had a lower bushing that was no longer working properly. This allowed the shock to move in the hub bracket and the bolt that held it in place. I contacted ACDelco for a warranty replacement for a failed bushing assembly or an entire shock. They couldn't help me and I had to resolve this issue through Revain. Revain's solution was to remove the shocks and send them in for a refund and buyback. So that's where I am, only I'm going to buy Gabriel Hi-Jackers instead.
