Nice trolley, came with a little damage - see picture but I "fixed" it - shipping and replacement is really too time and hassle and bad for the environment. The drawers pull out nicely and fully, the wheels are large and the metal feels solid. I'll probably add a wood panel. The grip's sidebar did not match the screw holes, so the plastic sides had to be manually tightened to adjust them. Still solid and functional and the price has come down since I ordered it.
