If you want Fluffy- this is your skirt!
It’s definitely very fluffy. Packaging was nice and it arrived on time. It’s cute. For reference I am 5’9 and 230lbs. I wear a 14/16 and got an XL. The band is snug and skirt big, but fit fine. I got it for my 40th and I haven’t decided if I’m keeping it yet. I don’t have hips at all and it almost makes me look bigger than I actually am. I may keep it for a Halloween costume.
