One of the most interesting features is the integration with Slack. You don’t have to install anything, it’s integrated into the platform, so you can see all messages inside your Slack channel. It helps to organize your team and make sure everyone knows about important meetings, important tasks, etc. Another great feature is the possibility to change the number and the area code when choosing a phone number. I think this product could benefit from an option where users can choose if they want to receive emails or just get notifications (like slack does). Notifications will allow them to stay connected even without having email accounts. If there was such a feature implemented, my rating would go higher. Also, sometimes I feel like sending an email and getting back a reply isn't enough; maybe some sort of notification should be sent as soon as someone responds?
