Review on 🔌 Black AC Compressor Clutch Kit, GM Genuine Parts 15-4982 by Stephen Zimmer

The 2007 Impala LTZ had 10 amp fuses that blow after 5-15 minutes of A/C clutch operation. I found a clutch assembly with a resistance of only 2.5 ohms. New 3.5 or slightly higher usually. Replaced the clutch with this assembly and all good and cold! Significantly more economical than replacing the compressor, charging system, etc. Assistance: Before starting work, turn the tires all the way to the right. Remove the passenger wheel and inner lower fender. It is held by 3 plastic clips. Loosen the belt and remove it from the water pump pulley. Most of the belt can remain on the pulleys, except for the air conditioner and water pump. Follow the instructions that came with the box to replace the clutch assembly and install in the reverse order of removal. Please note the play information on the clutch. Metric properties.
