The mount is solid and I feel confident holding my 55 inch Samsung LED. I already had a wall mount for this TV but when I put the TV in a corner I wanted a different style with more stability as it was in my playroom. My biggest complaint about this mount is that I had to use the outermost holes. I didn't like it because once I hung the bracket I couldn't adjust the TV up or down. What I did was make a cardboard template (pictured). You can see from the template that the bracket is in the outermost holes for my TV. This means there is no up/down adjustment. The addon says it will hold up to 63 inches, but I wouldn't buy it for more than 55 inches unless you measure the mounting hole first. I've attached some photos so you can see what it looks like when installed in a corner and what the TV looks like when it's finished. The bracket is well made from high quality materials. I like the tilt feature. This allowed me to mount the TV a little higher and tilt it down. As with most wall mounts, do not use wall fasteners or wall anchors. Purchase stronger fasteners.
