I like the fact that it has helped me to increase my sales in my business and also help with my customer service. It's easy to use and very user friendly. The only thing I dislike about this software is that sometimes it takes a long time to load up and sometimes it freezes. But other than that I have no complaints or dislikes about this. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to improve their business and make more sales. I am able to keep track of all my orders and customers and they can always get in touch with me when needed.
