I bought this tracker 2 weeks ago to keep an eye on my son who is a novice driver. Our family has talked about having a tracking device in the car for many reasons, from theft to watching our son drive my new car. It gives me such confidence knowing where he is, monitoring his speed and making sure he is safe! The tracking device is accurate. We pretty much stay in the same places we shop for groceries, eat out, etc. The battery life is great! After a week, the battery life is 85%! I charge my devices in 2 weeks. I haven't had to contact tech support yet, so I haven't rated them. (I would recommend having 2 or more devices depending on how many cars you have. I charge one while using the other. It helps not to miss any monitoring time.) The monitoring platform is easy to use. I use it on my laptop. The tutorial videos are very helpful for navigating this site. I like that I can customize my platform to suit my monitoring needs. The device charged relatively quickly and was ready for use without any problems. Thank you BrickHouse Security for making this mom feel safer knowing my son and car are being monitored! PS - My parents and sister also bought this device and use it in their cars to protect against theft.
