Definitely NOT Oracal. I've used Oracal in the past and I love it because it's so durable BUT it's definitely not like any Oracal vinyl I've used, it arrived with the roll ends crumpled like it's getting hot and when it is being cut, the vinyl keeps peeling backing, completely ruining my design. If I could give 0 stars here I would. I bought a 6 foot roll of glossy black paper and tried to cut out the word "Deluxe" about 2 x 10 inches and used up nearly half of my 6 foot roll due to the vinyl's terrible adhesion to the surface. paper backing. I would like to return it and get my money back but don't know if I can even do that,
