I received it yesterday It wasn't what I imagined. I have a queen bed and while I haven't measured it I don't think it will cover the top of my queen bed. The photo looks thicker than it is. It has a lot more case than the photos suggest. It really does feel like a blanket that shouldn't be a full size blanket. This is not a cold weather blanket. For me the heat was perfect. Some blankets are too hot for me. I didn't have to put my foot down. I have a pink, muted soft color. The rose pattern on the outside is soft and beautiful. It's something luxurious. My cat wanted to be on it but I wouldn't want her on it while I'm away. it is a little delicate for pets. The bottom is velvety but thin. The bottom part is sewn along the edges but not sewn into the quilt. So a bit cheap. It's soft and I like it. I will keep it and I would recommend it for one person. It sinks around you. It was way more convenient than anything else I have around the house.
