What a waste of money
Wow. Too bad I didn't listen to the other reviewers. What a waste of money. The two pieces that connect in the middle are so loose that the top piece just wobbles. The base is stable as can be when filled with water but that doesn't matter as the top will tilt to one side if you're hanging even a barely wet baby's swimsuit. Wet towel? Almost falls if not balanced. I know it's only PVC but I expect it to at least stand up straight. I'm quite comfortable, but I couldn't even change it in any way to make the connection tighter. just trash.
