I think I'm selling my Fuji 23mm now. Well done Wiltrox!

Wow, I'm glad I bought this lens. I read and looked at other people's reviews and took a chance. It's a well-built, sharp lens with excellent autofocus. Works great for photos and videos. Selling my Fuji 23mm lens. My experience is that I have been shooting in a photo company for 17 years with Nikon full frame cameras and lenses. When traveling and in everyday life I would prefer to shoot with a mirrorless system from Fuji. They're fun, easy, and I love how the film looks straight out of the camera. I've shot with really good Nikon and Fuji lenses and I can say this lens is great value for money. I paid more than twice as much for lenses that weren't half as good. The only downsides, as others have pointed out, are the minimum focus distance, which could be better (e.g. 15.7 inches) and has some vignetting at large apertures. Both problems can be easily solved. Sometimes I really like the vignetting. You can also easily remove it in Photoshop or LR. The pluses are crisp photos, great areas of blur, subject separation, fast and accurate autofocus for photos and videos, quiet autofocus, great build quality, and great low-light performance. 23mm (35mm equivalent) is also a great focal length. It's great for landscapes, hiking/travel, wide portraits, cars, music performances, videos, vlogs and more. At around $300, it's a steal! Now I'll probably get the Viltrox 85mm 1.8, which also got a lot of good reviews. Well done Wiltrox. Finally a third party on Fuji's side! I can't wait to see what else they release.
