Cheap quality
All cheap quality you can even thread the bolts in no starter rope one rope hangs up but it gets stuck in the reel. I actually had to cut the bolt down the middle to start it, which wasted a lot of time and thread. I don't like the way you take the needles out of the case, it's weird. You just can't open it, it's like a pinwheel, why do you have to shake them out. Also the case came with a cut in it.
