Review on 🧵 SINGER 30033 3 Heavy Duty Machine Needles: Superior Strength for Efficient Sewing by Barbara Simmons

It was exactly what the doctor ordered. I have mesh netting and heavy duty zipper material because I want to use mesh on my porch. However, my fiancee doesn't want it to be permanently shielded, hence the zips. So I had to cut the screen, attach the zip ties to the screen, and then pull the screen back together. I bought some strong thread from a craft store and tried hand sewing. I can sew well, but after an hour I got a leg. I tried to use a sewing machine but it got stuck. Apparently the thickness of the thread calls for a heavier needle, who would have thought? Insert these needles. He did his job so well, very smoothly. No needle breakage, no jamming. Obviously I'm no sewing expert so I was thrilled when it started and continued. I'll post some pics this spring when I post a screen version. In the meantime, take my word for it, these are good, effective needles.
