Let me say in the foreword that this is exactly what it should do and I give it five stars for that reason. Crinoline. It's a more plastic feel. However, that means my overskirt slides a little more on it, making the sound of cheap fabric slipping. It's also not that breathable. For my first hoop skirt I'm quite happy with it.
