Review on Smart watch Amazfit Bip, black by Wiktor Wasilewski ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

High-quality product, the price corresponds to the quality.

I've been using this watch for a little less than a year. Steps and heart rate measure regularly, there were no problems with notifications and an alarm clock. But even the most cheap fitness trackers have been coping with this for a long time. Previously, I did not wear ordinary watches because of their weight. BIPs are very light and you don’t feel them on your hand, I don’t even take them off at night. Autonomy is just on top. I have a cadence every minute and regularly turn on the GPS tracking mode while walking. The charge lasts approximately 3 weeks. This is a record high for a smart watch. The display is just gorgeous in every sense. Firstly, the information is displayed all the time (no need to press the button like competitors) and it is visible in normal lighting, you can also set the backlight to turn on by turning your wrist or turn it on with a button. The screen is large enough to accommodate all the necessary information on it and the clock does not look bulky. Secondly, the brighter the light falls on the display, the better the information can be seen, i. E. the screen does not light up (this is some special form of glass). Thirdly, you can download the amazfit bip watchfaces program and there are thousands of watch faces for every taste - customization is at a very high level. Yes, on BIPs there is no way to talk on the clock or send messages. But I don’t really need it, given that at the same moment a smartphone should be in my pocket. It is easier and more convenient for me to use it to answer a call or SMS. And all watches that can do this live 1-4 days. In terms of price / quality ratio - the best on the market. But NFC could be delivered.

Pros
  • 1. Autonomy 2. Always-on display 3. Information is visible even in bright sunlight 4. Light weight 5. Huge selection of watch faces in a third-party app
Cons
  • No NFC
