This purchase turned out to be a real let down. I love salt lamps and have quite a few. They can create a beautiful glow in a room for a calming feeling and I love the dimmer so I leave it on the lowest setting all night. However, this lamp arrived without a function. If you stick .nothing.nada.zip. It was a housewarming present for my daughter. I told her how wonderful these lamps are and she was excited to use them in her living room. No problem I thought, I'll just send it back and buy her another one. Yes. It is now June 18th and I ordered on the 9th. Revain was supposed to pick it up from UPS and UPS came one day while I was out and left a label to send it back so I put a label on the box and waited for UPS to come back. They never did, I called UPS and they said they would never come back. I contacted Revain again for UPS to come and collect it and they said they would contact UPS again to collect it. While I'm still waiting My advice? READ all product reviews before purchasing to see if anyone has had an issue with a non-working lightbulb and if so, order another from someone else. I love salt lamps but this one was very disappointing. Looks like I'm stuck paying and just have to throw it in the trash.
