The reason I had to give this boot a star is because it has a 100% rubber insole, however the inside of this boot is made of fabric which naturally gets wet and then needs to be dried. The reason I bought it was because my son loves to splash in the rain puddles and when it rains here we usually have a week of rain so no sunny days to dry it and wait for it to use it again, so it really isn't. convenient for me to dry this boot every time after we use it. Since I did not understand from the description that in this case there will be one star.
