The shirt adapts easily to the plaster cast.
I used this shirt to alter the seam under my arm to accommodate a full arm cast. My 4 year old grandson wanted a red shirt to match his cast. I was able to rip the seam and add buttons for the closure. Not the usual reason to write a review, but maybe it helps someone else. It was a lot cheaper than buying special fitting clothes.
