Excellent Customer Data Platform - Has Provided Multiple Benefits To Our Organization

The Reltio platform is easy to navigate and understand and its capability is powerful and scalable. There are many features to learn about, but what is most impressive is how easy it can be to make changes to the platform once you get the hang of it. It is a fantastic tool for any business looking to analyze data from across channels/customer touch points. It has been able to show our organization how customers are interacting with us in different ways both online and offline. It also provides some of the best reporting options as well. I think the support team could provide more guidance from a user's perspective when they first start out using the product. As this software is very new and not used on a daily basis, we were trying to do things on our own without receiving help which made our progress slow. The benefits are being able to gather customer data, track and analyze data that we previously didn't have. It has helped my business streamline our communication with current clients as well have allowed us access into new client databases! I dislike how difficult it can be for smaller businesses or individuals who are not tech savvy using these programs so they do need someone else's help initially getting started but once you get going its worth every minute spent setting up your profile/sender list etc..
